DELIVERY & RETURNS

SHIPPING

All delivery are FREE of charge. 

Delivery times are estimates and begin from the date of dispatch, after the ‘made to order/pre-order’ product is ready to be shipped. Products sold “on pre-order” for which the page indicates the specific estimated time of delivery) from confirmation by e-mail of the order. The average period between the placing or an order and its delivery is from 6 to 8 weeks. This is an average period based on prior orders. Exceeding this period may not give rise to any cancellation of the order, reduction in the price paid by the Customer, or to any damages. Customer is further informed that in some special cases (e.g. products marketed on pre-order), the periods indicated above can be longer. In cases where it has the capacity to do so, GOMIS reserves the possibility to offer the Customer a Product of equivalent quality and price as the initial product.

We endeavor to ship your order as quickly as possible but we cannot be responsible for delays as a result of remote delivery locations or adverse weather conditions. Please allow for delays during sale periods and holidays. We continue to ship at this time, but please bear with us as deliveries are currently experiencing additional delays.  When placing your order, please ensure that the billing and shipping address details are correct, as we are unable to redirect.

We ship from our warehouse in FRANCE. Our prices include 20% VAT for products delivered within Europe. For any delivery destinations outside of Europe, you will be responsible for paying Customs/Duty and Import taxes to receive your order. It’s important to contact your local customs office for further information and an estimate of these costs before placing your order. Any delay in paying these customs fees will result in a delay of delivery of your order.

RETURNS

As our product are ‘made to order’, meaning produced on demand we could not refund the product. However, you can return the item and get a full credit note or exchange.

You can return the item you purchased within 14 days from when the order arrived to you to get a full credit note or exchange, on the condition that the item is unused, in the same condition that it was received and it must also be in the original packaging with tags still attached.

The product(s) must be returned to:

We reserve the right to refuse a return that does not comply with the above conditions.

In the case of items received incorrectly or received in damaged or faulty condition, you will need to notify as soon as possible. Items that are damaged as a result of normal wear and tear are not considered to be faulty. Where possible, we will either offer an exchange if there is a replacement available or offer to repair faulty items. 

To return any item(s) from your order, e-mail us at info@gomis.shop with your order number and reference of the item(s) you would like to return. Our team will be in touch to provide a return form for you to complete that should be included in the package with your return as well as a shipping label.

Once your return is received, it will undergo a quality review. Please allow up to 7 days for this to be completed. Once items have passed inspection, the credit note will be issued and valide for the next collection.

Your are responsible for shipping costs associated with returning any item. The cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Customs and duties costs, as well as cost of original shipment will not be refunded.
